About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer with 3–4 years of experience, preferably from an

advertising agency background. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, a

valuable understanding of visual communication, and the ability to develop and execute creative

ideas across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on client briefs.

 Design print media creatives including brochures, leaflets, newspaper ads, posters,

standees, hoardings, danglers, packaging and other marketing collaterals.

 Create engaging designs for digital, social media and advertising campaigns.

 Translate creative ideas into strong visual designs while maintaining brand consistency.

 Work closely with the creative and account servicing teams to understand briefs and

deliver quality work.

 Take ownership of projects from concept development to final artwork.

 Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure correct dimensions, resolution, colour modes

and other production requirements.





 Manage multiple projects and deliver work within tight deadlines.

 Bring fresh and innovative design ideas to campaigns and client requirements.

Requirements

 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an advertising/creative agency.

 Solid creative and conceptual thinking with a valuable eye for design.

 Hands-on experience in both digital and print media designing.

 Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign/CorelDRAW.

 Good understanding of typography, layouts, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.

 Strong knowledge of print production and print-ready artwork.

 Ability to understand a brief and independently develop creative concepts.

 Good communication and collaboration skills.

 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, not just execute designs—someone who

can understand a brief, develop a strong visual concept and take it through to the final digital or

print output.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per hour
