Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Change Management skilled with robust expertise in organisational change, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and user adoption strategies to support business transformation and enterprise implementation programs.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in developing and executing change strategies, impact assessments, communication plans, training alignment, and stakeholder management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, or operating models.
In addition, for this engagement,



the candidate must be comfortable working from the client location on a daily basis in Delhi and should be able to effectively partner with client leadership and stakeholders to drive change readiness, business alignment, and adoption outcomes within a large-scale transformation workplace.
This role requires a strategic, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can effectively drive change readiness, minimise business disruption, and support successful transformation outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
