Role Overview

We are hiring a Branch Manager to drive retail liabilities, wealth management, branch operations, and team performance. The role focuses on deposit growth, customer acquisition, portfolio management, and delivering branch business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Liabilities & CASA Growth: Drive Current Account, Savings Account, fixed deposit, and HNI deposit acquisition.
Wealth Management: Grow AUM and drive sales of mutual funds, insurance, PMS, and other investment products.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor branch staff and sales teams to achieve business targets.
Branch Operations: Oversee daily branch operations, ensure service quality, and maintain compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.
Customer Relationship Management:



Acquire and retain HNI and retail customers while strengthening long-term relationships.
Business Development: Identify cross-selling prospects, expand the customer base, and drive revenue growth.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to KYC norms, internal audit requirements, and operational risk controls.

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in retail banking, wealth management, and liability sales.
Solid exposure to CASA, fixed deposits, AUM, and investment products.
Experience in branch handling and team management.
Excellent client relationship management, leadership, and business development skills.
Graduate in a relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
