Responsibilities:

· Account related mails check

· Online cheque in banks for payment inwards and outwards and updating to tally.

· Reply to Logistic department and coordinate with logistic department for payment

· Sales Bills and Purchase check with GSTR-1

· Sales Bill and Purchase entry onto tally

· Coordination with CA for 2 check

· TDS Calculation

· TDS Return files to be returned to CA

· Sales Files updation – LR, Eway Bill,etc.

· GSTR-1 return

· 3B return

· Preparation of GST Refund Document

· Online payment via NEFT.

· Confirmation Ledger

· Payment Book – USD to INR via disposal letter format

· BRC sheet update

· Bill of Entry BOE follow-ups

· EFC Payment Advice

· Bank Reconciliation.

· Reply to all Email for confirmation – Key bank notices and clients

· Finalization of company and personal accounts.

· Refund documents process.

· Printing PO’s,

· Preparing Datasheets and submitting to Directors on timely basis.

· Preparing PI.

· Preparing Invoices, Packing list,



Local invoices.

· Replying all queries of government notices.

· Preparing Challans of dispatch and returns of job work.

· Checking old client’s payment and following up for all payments.

· Filing documents and arranging in the space for files at dedicated places.

Requisite Skills:

§ Co-ordination with the internal team and support all departments specially account department for every work.

Education:

· Relevant degree or diploma.

· Experience with MS-Office

· Experience with Tally ERP
