JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Milling Operator with strong hands-on experience in machining components for SPM, automation machines, fixtures, and industrial equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate conventional milling machines for precision component machining.
Set up jobs, tools, workpieces, and cutting parameters.
Perform milling, facing, drilling, slotting, and related machining operations.
Read and understand mechanical drawings and dimensions.
Maintain required dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish.
Use Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Perform in-process inspection and maintain component quality.
Handle different materials and machining requirements.
Maintain machines, tools,



and workplace cleanliness.
Follow production schedules and safety procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Robust practical knowledge of Milling Machine Operation.
Ability to read mechanical drawings.
Valuable knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes.
Knowledge of measurements, tolerances, and fits.
Experience in SPM / Fixture / Automation component machining will be preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

QUALIFICATION

ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Machinist / Fitter or relevant technical qualification.

EXPERIENCE

3–10 Years of relevant experience as a Milling Operator.

Only experienced candidates. Freshers are NOT eligible.
