Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and monitor Mutual Fund RTA Operations at the corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor RTA performance, transaction processing, delays, and rejections.
Ensure compliance with mutual fund regulations and operational guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams, stock exchanges, channel partners, and service providers.
Manage audits, resolve audit observations, and implement process controls.
Conduct root cause analysis and drive process automation and improvements.
Review scheme documents and transaction forms and support recent mutual fund scheme launches.




Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and adherence to SLAs.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in Mutual Fund RTA Operations at an AMC Corporate Office.
Positive knowledge of mutual fund regulations and R&T; activities.
Experience in audit management, process improvement, and automation.
Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and presentations.

Eligibility: 17+ years of relevant experience in Mutual Fund RTA Operations at an AMC Corporate Office.
