We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Bancassurance Sales professional to drive insurance sales through the bank branch network. The role involves building solid relationships with bank staff, generating leads, and achieving assigned sales targets for insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
Drive general insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and bank personnel.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Generate leads through the bank's customer base.
Conduct joint sales calls and customer meetings with bank staff.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




Provide product training and sales support to bank employees.
Maintain high levels of customer service and persistency.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

Role Requirement
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in Bancassurance, general Insurance, Banking Sales, Motor Insurance, Health Insurance Sales preferred.
Good communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
Solid customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
