We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their interior design and furniture needs, and guiding them toward the best products for their homes or offices. Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in clients, architects, and interior designers, providing excellent service and expert product recommendations.
Product Consultation: Explain product features, materials, customization options, and pricing for furniture, home decor, and modular solutions.
Sales Generation: Drive sales revenue by achieving weekly and monthly individual sales targets.
Quote Preparation: Draft quick quotes, estimate costs, and assist customers with billing, payment processing, and order booking.
Follow-up & Relationship Building:



Maintain relationships with prospective buyers, follow up on leads, and coordinate timely delivery and installation.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure product displays are neatly arranged, clean, and stocked with price tags and product brochures.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 0–3 years of sales experience (experience in furniture, retail, home decor, or interior design showrooms is a plus).
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Communication Skills: Solid verbal communication in Tamil and basic English; ability to present products with confidence.
Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, convincing personality with robust negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with basic computer applications, POS/billing software, and WhatsApp for customer follow-ups.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
