Client Relationship Management

Understand customer business objectives and identify opportunities to enhance value in the CNS segment.

Sales and Account Growth
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.

Market and Product Expertise
Maintain a strong understanding of the CNS market, competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging therapies.
Educate customers on existing and recent CNS products, highlighting their clinical perks and applications.

Strategic Planning and Reporting
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates on sales activities and market trends to management.
Develop strategies to address account challenges and capitalize on growth prospects.





Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Medical, and Research teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
Communicate customer insights and feedback to internal teams to support product enhancements and future development.

Additional Responsibilities
Participate in industry conferences, scientific meetings, and other relevant events.
Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Undertake business travel as required to support customer engagement and organizational objectives.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives assigned by management.
