Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities of EV workbenches.
Ensure timely execution of work orders with minimal delays.
Maximize machine utilization, manpower productivity, and material efficiency.
Conduct structured training sessions to upgrade team skills and maintain discipline.
Enforce strict adherence to product quality specifications.
Implement initiatives for cost reduction, waste minimization, and process efficiency.
Introduce productivity improvement projects and monitor outcomes.
Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality teams for timely issue resolution.
Ensure timely reporting for effective decision-making.
Maintain up-to-date work order dispatch documents (MDL/WOS).
Provide mechanical guidance and production assistance to support RD projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (preferred).
3+ years of production management experience (EV manufacturing experience).
Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control, and cost optimization.
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in ERP/MES tools, MS Office, and reporting systems.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
