Role & responsibilities -

ASC Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Site Accountants to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities at its project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily cash books, ledgers and site accounts.
Record purchase bills, vendor invoices and payment transactions.
Handle petty cash, cash vouchers and expense statements.
Verify bills submitted by contractors, suppliers and vendors.
Maintain labor wage records, attendance and payment details.
Coordinate with the Head Office Finance and Accounts Department.
Prepare monthly expense reports and bank reconciliations.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in Commerce (B Com preferred).
3 to 6 years of experience in site accounting, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel and basic GST/TDS documentation.
Ability to manage site accounts independently.
