Preparation of pre and post shipping documents
Preparation of pre and post shipping documents are made like proforma invoice, Draft Bill of Lading as per LC and non-LC terms etc.
All the details pertaining the invoice should be updated in the system.

Maintaining a track of the shipment filling
Liaison with the customers for Shipping Bill & Shipping Instruction filling.
Prepare cargo & freight manifest
ODEX filing & SI Submission in Export.
ICE GATE filing in Import.

Co-ordination with other departments for smooth functioning
Co-ordination with operations team, customer service, liners forwarding agencies and CHA for stuffing reports and other documents must be done.
Follow up with Liners for payment release.

Scrutinizing Import/Export Documents
Examining checklist, bill of lading and AWB needs to be maintained.

Maintain export related files of the organization Role & responsibilities
