JOB OVERVIEW: PSU Organization is seeking experienced Trainers for the Healthcare/Nursing Sector. This full time role falls under the Training & Skill Development department and involves training candidates for essential healthcare support roles across multiple locations.

Diabetes Care Assistant (QP Code: HSS/Q8703)
Frontline Health Caregiving Assistant (QP Code: HSS/Q5108)
General Duty Aide (QP Code: HSS/Q5101)
Home Health Aide (QP Code: HSS/Q5102)
Geriatric Caregiver (QP Code: HSS/Q6002)
Palliative Care Assistant (QP Code: HSS/Q6003)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct classroom and practical training as per the approved curriculum.
Deliver competency-based training aligned with NSQF/SSC guidelines.
Demonstrate practical procedures using relevant tools, equipment and laboratory infrastructure.
Ensure discipline, punctuality and skilled conduct among trainees.
Maintain proper utilization and upkeep of training equipment, tools and consumables.
Ensure complete batch documentation including attendance, assessments, trainee files, scanning, uploading and MIS updates.
Monitor trainee attendance and follow up with absentees to minimize dropouts.
Support mobilization, counselling, enrolment, placement and post-placement activities whenever required.
Coordinate with Centre Manager, Project Team, Assessors and Sector Skill Council representatives.
Ensure timely completion of assessments, certifications and placement targets.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Educational Background: Candidates must have a qualification in GNM, B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc Nursing, or be a Diabetes Educator.
Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of experience is required.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Preference will be given to candidates who are TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified.
