Roles and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of technical facilities, including HVAC, DG sets, UPS, electrical maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure smooth functioning of all facility systems and equipment to maintain a comfortable working workplace.
Coordinate with vendors for timely resolution of issues related to building maintenance and repairs.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions to prevent breakdowns.
Maintain accurate records of work performed on facilities and equipment.
