Project Role Description :Analyze and design recent business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of current processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the design of business processes that align with functional requirements and performance indicators. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the process blueprints are accurately developed. You will work closely with the Application Architect to translate business needs into application requirements, while also participating in quality management reviews to ensure that all design and business requirements are fulfilled. Educating stakeholders on the designs will be a key part of your role,



ensuring that everyone involved has a comprehensive understanding of the processes being implemented.

Roles Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and requirements.

Skilled Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
