Job Description CRM Executive (Freight Forwarding)
Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai

Note: Must have experience in logistic company

and must have experience in freight forwarding
Experience: 1+ Years

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide timely shipment updates.
Coordinate with customers and internal operations teams for import/export shipments.
Maintain customer records, shipment details and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Support freight forwarding documentation and shipment tracking.
Coordinate with customers regarding shipment status, delays and delivery schedules.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics or shipping.
Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipment coordination.
Valuable communication, customer service and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
