Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: Fixed Off
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives
Salary depends on experience and last drawn salary.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for International BPO roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
Coordinate interviews and regular candidate follow-ups
Hire for Agents, Team Leaders and Managerial positions
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
Achieve hiring targets while ensuring quality profiles
