About the Role

TechBlare is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement, along with a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts, stories, and updates.
Assist in planning monthly social media content calendars.
Write creative captions, hashtags, and engaging post descriptions.
Coordinate with the graphic design and content teams to create social media creatives.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Research social media trends, competitors, and relevant industry topics.
Track basic social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
Suggest current ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement,



and online visibility.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their features.
Good written communication skills.
Creativity and an interest in content creation.
Basic understanding of hashtags, captions, and social media trends.
Familiarity with Canva or other basic design tools is a plus.
Willingness to learn social media marketing tools and techniques.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
Candidates with a degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field are preferred.
