Role & responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring resource efficiency and maximum customer satisfaction.
Supervise the sales team's performance, offering guidance on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and goal setting.
Manage inventory tasks, including stock ordering, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
Maintain visual merchandising standards by executing attractive displays and promotional strategies.
Analyze sales data to spot trends and identify areas for improvement.
Preferred candidate profile:
Undergraduate with 7 years of experience as a Store Manager
Graduate with 4 years of experience as a Store Manager (mandatory)
