Job Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle from client requirement to candidate onboarding.
Understand JDs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Database, References, Networking & Head Hunting.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage feedback.
Handle salary negotiations and ensure candidate joining.
Maintain candidate/client records and build strong relationships.
