Shift: Night Shift
Employment Type: Full time, Regular

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to payments, money transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and funding.
Investigate failed or returned payments, transaction holds, funding delays, bank connection issues, and disputes.
Resolve customer concerns with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Follow banking, financial compliance, risk management, and company policies.
Communicate effectively with customers, manage escalations,



and provide appropriate solutions.
Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services during calls.

Required Skills:
Customer Service / Customer Care – Voice
Banking, Payments, or Financial Services knowledge
Fraud Detection and Dispute Handling
Technical Support and Data Analytics
Good English communication skills (B2 level or above)

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree
