Role & responsibilities
Client Billing & Revenue Management
• Prepare and submit RA Bills, milestone bills, final bills
• Verify executed quantities from site records, BOQ, drawings, and measurement sheets.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices with supporting documents.
• Track bill certification status and coordinate with clients for approvals and payment release.
Quantity Verification & Measurement




• Verify quantities executed at site against approved drawings and BOQ.
• Coordinate with site engineers for measurement collection and reconciliation.
• Prepare measurement sheets and quantity abstracts for billing.
• Monitor quantity consumption and identify variances against budget.
Subcontractor Billing
• Review and certify subcontractor RA bills based on executed quantities and contract terms.
• Verify work completion records, measurements, and supporting documents.
• Prepare payment recommendations and maintain subcontractor billing records.
• Track retention, advances, recoveries, and deductions.
