About the job

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates based on the role requirements.
Create and maintain candidate records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and consultants to maintain engagement and ensure timely completion of the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and update records related to leads, interviews, candidate status, and follow-ups.
Manage consultant onboarding on the platform, ensuring all required details and documents are collected, verified, and updated accurately.
Support the overall recruitment and onboarding process to ensure timely closure of positions and a smooth candidate experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
