About the job

Key responsibilities:
Make calls to potential real estate brokers, explain our properties and keep detailed daily records of each interaction.
In charge of AMC's and maintenance of properties
Taking care of housekeeping activities and monitoring quality of work.
Repairs & Maintenance of office infrastructure, maintaining office equipment & AMC's, Maintaining IT / Telephone & Corporate Numbers, Vendor Management, Assets & Inventory Management.
Experience of Repair and Maintenance work.
Well versed with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office along with social media and digital ecosystem.
Knowledge of ChatGPT and AI Tools will be added advantage.
