Job Summary:

Malabar gold and Diamonds is seeking a agile and experienced Guest Relation Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage the Floor . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store management and be capable of leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Role & responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day store and floor operations.
Manage and supervise Guest Relation Executives (GREs) on the sales floor.
Ensure high standards of customer service, safety, and service etiquette.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth store functioning.
Lead, motivate,



and guide the Guest Relations team for optimum performance.
Ensure effective execution of guest engagement and service excellence initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Guest Relation or similar role.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems).
Preference for candidates residing in or near Calicut.
Male and Females candidates preferred.
