Key Responsibilities:
Handle online customer enquiries through WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms.
Communicate with customers professionally and provide product information.
Follow up with potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
Manage online tasks, customer data, and enquiry records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Maintain records of leads, quotations, orders, follow-ups, and sales status.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order updates.
Perform regular data entry and other online business activities.

Required Skills:
Basic to positive knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to create and maintain sales reports.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
