Job Summary

A Workday Advanced Compensation Senior/Lead Consultant with 4+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Workday Advanced Compensation module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling Workday Compensation configurations and workflows.

Responsibilities
Configure core components of Advanced Compensation, including merit cycles, bonus plans, stock programs, and compensation review statements.
Set up and maintain Workday security roles, custom reports, and dashboards to support compensation processes.
Active Workday certification is desired.
Collaborate with the Client Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the clients business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the clients expected business result.
Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.




Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.
In-depth knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them.
Ability to absorb recent technologies and features quickly.
Valuable oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
Valuable problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively.
