Key Responsibilities
Search for and generate qualified leads
Contact prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Maintain smooth and professional communication with international clients
Convert leads into projects and long-term business relationships
Identify and bring new outsourcing and BPO projects to the company





Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
Robust business development and client-handling skills
Confident in communicating with international clients
Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
Ability to work independently and achieve business development targets
Experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry will be an advantage
