We are looking for a skilled Automotive CNC Machining Technician to join our team at Besmak Components Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive manufacturing and experience with CNC machining techniques.

Roles and Responsibility
Operate and maintain CNC machines for effective production of high-quality components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and processes.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Implement quality control measures to ensure product meets specifications.




Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of production runs and machine performance.

Job Requirements
Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, preferably with CNC machining.
Strong knowledge of CNC machining principles and practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
