This role acts as a bridge between senior leadership, research & development, and operations, ensuring alignment of market opportunities with the company’s polymer technology expertise.

Track key metrics, analyze outcomes, and adjust strategies to meet business targets.

Champion best practices in process optimization and sustainability within polymer manufacturing.
