Understand collection practices,challenges in the market landscape and needs,and determine required solution capabilities

i. Work closely with the assigned sales verticals for implementing strategies and ensuring adherence to the business goals for the assigned line of products ii. Responsible for business targets in collections/debt management for assigned members with focus on lender s collection iii. Understand collection practices, challenges in the market landscape and needs, and determine required solution capabilities. iv. Create a robust pipeline of potential customers for business development and growth v. Maintain close liaison with key stakeholders to help provide inputs to the strategic direction of the business.

vi. Develop engagement plans and pursue business development engagements with executives of selected clients with focus on their collection strategy and goals.

vii. Understand and translate statistic to address client business problems and liaison with client s technical analytical and business teams to delivery teams to built and deliver custom solutions
