Position: Data Entry Operator / Voice Support

Skill Set
Fulfill all required parameters of a customer- service based role involving multitasking, flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
Ability to understand task quickly.
He should be Excellent in English communication both verbal and written.
Desired candidates should be time adaptable along with being ready to work in a competitive and challenging workplace.
Understand the customer's query and provide accurate resolution
View Information from various applications and update the records accurately.
Candidate should have high energy levels.
Can be able to provide telephonic/ emails based troubleshooting assistance and meet customer defined levels of Quality in Operations.
Ability to work effectively with numbers to analyze and understand business trends. Key Skills: -
Computer literacy
Good typing speed




Knowledge in use of MS office applications.
Fixed night shift (US Shift) and as per US holidays
At least have 2 to 3 years experience in International process.
Experience in International Voice would be preferred
Candidate should be time flexible.
Logistic Exp. Preferred Qualifications Required:
Hiring any graduate with positive communication skills. Salary:INR 1, 00, 000 - 2, 25, 000 P.A
