About the Position

We are seeking a driven individual to play a vital role in expanding our reach in India and internationally. You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers in the newborn healthcare space, including doctors, government officials, donors, and public health organizations.

What Youll Do:
Grow Our Network: Youll proactively identify and build relationships with potential partners in India and abroad. This includes hospitals, public health agencies (UNICEF/WHO), government ministries, and relevant NGOs.
Champion Our Innovations: Be the face of our company, presenting our newborn medical devices to doctors, public health officials, and government agencies.
Become a Newborn Care Expert: Gain a solid understanding of newborn care challenges and existing programs to effectively discuss our solutions with potential customers.
Craft Winning Proposals: Develop compelling proposals tailored to secure donations, public health contracts, and government grants for our newborn medical devices.
Drive Results:



Utilize Zoho CRM to manage leads, track deals, and measure progress towards achieving business development goals.
Build Awareness: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and raise awareness about our products.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present, write transparent and concise emails, and connect with a diverse range of stakeholders.
A passion for learning: Eager to gain a robust understanding of newborn clinical conditions, public health initiatives, and the regulatory landscape in your target markets.
