Key Responsibilities Lead and manage branch sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Handle, motivate, and guide the sales team to improve performance. Generate new business through customer acquisition, field sales, and market development.

Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and business partners. Identify recent business opportunities and expand the branch's customer base. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business reports.

Ensure proper customer follow-up and timely completion of documentation. Monitor team productivity and support team members in achieving targets.

Eligibility Criteria Age: 24–30 years.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in financial services, NBFC, banking, or loan products.

Education: Graduate in any discipline Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team. Solid communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the local market in Fatehpur will be preferred. Willingness to travel locally for business development, if required.
