Scrutinizing of approved expense invoices while releasing payment.

Checking of Cash voucher & Purchase voucher on daily basis.

Customer Reconcilation on Monthly Basis

Supplimentry invoice & Debit Note raised to customer on the basis of Customer PO

Follow up for Timely Collection from debtors

Processing of foreign payments including imports.





Preparation of quarterly TDS returns.

Preparation of monthly schedule of import and local purchases.

Should have valuable communication skills and also a valuable team player
