Processing of Invoices and Payment as per the company SOP and Checklist and defined TAT / SLA timelines.
Ensure GST/TDS compliance on invoices.
Monitor 3-way matching, Payment controls.
Review exception invoice reports, resolution and process implementation for improvement.
Ensure Gl Review, Period end Provision / Provision Rev accounting along with TDS Compliances.
Track rejected invoices and drive resolution.
Vendor Reconciliations and Vendor Open item clearing.
Coordinate on internal and statutory audits and audit data preparation.
