Responsible for driving business growth in manpower outsourcing through client acquisition and account management, while ensuring smooth service delivery, compliance, and profitability across engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure current business opportunities across sectors (BFSI, logistics, retail, manufacturing).
Lead sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Manage and grow client accounts; drive satisfaction, renewals, and upsell prospects.
Oversee deployment, operations, and SLA adherence for outsourced staff.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Own P&L;, track revenue/profitability, and support pricing strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, HR, or Operations.
10+ years in manpower outsourcing/staffing with exposure to sales and delivery.
Solid knowledge of staffing models, compliance frameworks, and workforce management.
