We are seeking a commercial, capital-markets-ready CFO who understands media economics, content and sports rights, institutional investor expectations, and contemporary finance environments.
Act as financial co-pilot to the CEO
Lead private placement discussions with DFIs and institutional investors
Drive listing readiness
Translate content, sports, and audience dynamics into financial outcomes
Strengthen governance, controls, and regional finance discipline

Desired Candidate Profile :




15 20+ years of progressive senior finance experience
Currently or previously : Group CFO / CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director / Regional Finance Director
Experience in media, broadcasting, digital platforms, telecom-adjacent, entertainment, or consumer-facing businesses
Proven exposure to capital raising, private placements, or IPO / listing preparation
Hands-on experience managing multi-country or regional operations
Robust Board and Audit Committee interaction experience
