A BTech / BE degree in Mechanical Engineering is required. .
Lead pan-India sales, business development, and project acquisition for steel bridge girders, metro, railway, and highway infrastructure projects.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.
Identify and pursue recent business prospects across metro, railways, highways, oil & gas, and industrial infrastructure sectors.
Build and manage relationships with key customers, EPC contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
Lead tendering, bidding, and negotiation activities, including commercial closure.
Collaborate with engineering, projects, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
Drive order booking targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
Establish and manage channel partners,



distributors, and erection partners.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Lead and mentor a multi-location sales and project support team and support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.

Job Requirements
Minimum 25 years of experience in sales, business development, and project execution for fabricated steel structures and bridge projects.
Strong track record of large-value order bookings and proven ability to build and scale regional and national sales operations.
Experience in setting up recent business lines, teams, and manufacturing or execution partners.
Strategic sales leadership and market development skills are essential.
Key account and relationship management skills, along with strong negotiation and commercial acumen, are required.
Team building and mentoring skills are necessary.
Project coordination and execution support skills are expected.
A B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
