Assistant Branch Head (ABH)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day branch operations and business activities.
Drive gold loan business, interest collections, and cross-selling initiatives.
Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Support the team in achieving business targets and improving branch performance.
Ensure compliance with KYC requirements, documentation standards, and company policies.
Positive knowledge of gold appraisal is mandatory.
Junior Officer (JO)

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and assist with gold loan applications.
Support loan processing, disbursement, and documentation.
Identify potential customers and follow up on business leads.




Assist with interest collections and customer relationship management.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with KYC requirements and company procedures.
