Troubleshooting daily issues and providing resolutions as defined by SLAs
Providing L1 Support for ARCOS PAM (Privilege Access Management) Solution, which provides the Application Level security to Manage, Track and Monitor the Privilege Identities (Accounts).
Solid experience implementing PIM/PAM across complex enterprise environments, including IT/ITES, banking, telecommunications, and manufacturing. The role entails end-to-end solution delivery, application support, technical presentations, analysis, and optimization of the clients information security workplace.
Managing domestic and international clients.
Troubleshooting issues related to PIM/PAM patch upgrades and product version upgrades.
Communicate with Client and discuss the scope of improvements
