Lead and mentor juniors to set up call through cold calling

Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
Suggest and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market
Revenue Growth & Profitability
Assign monthly, quarterly & yearly target to team
Monitor revenue growth, identify current revenue streams, and work to optimize profit margins.
Ensure the achievement of financial objectives and drive continuous improvement in business operations.
