21.12 is hiring a Business Operations Manager — Founder’s Office.

Full time | Hybrid | Delhi NCR

21.12 is a curated fashion marketplace bringing together independent homegrown labels. We’re looking for someone to work directly with me and take ownership of the daily operations that connect our brands, customers and internal teams.

What you’ll own:
End-to-end communication with partner brands and customers
Order processing, courier coordination, pickups and delivery follow-ups
Setting up and maintaining CRM workflows and a brand order dashboard
Payment tracking and reconciliation with our accountant
Coordinating with the graphics and marketing teams to meet content deadlines
Business inquiries, task trackers and follow-through on founder priorities

You should be organised, responsive and comfortable managing multiple moving parts. We’re looking for someone who spots gaps, builds practical systems and takes tasks through to completion.
Experience in e-commerce operations, customer experience or brand coordination would be valuable. Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools and spreadsheets is a plus.
