To continually train staff to improve service delivery of the beauty services.
To assist in planning events for improving sales of beauty services.
To conduct the training of the staff for improving knowledge of Beauty
Services in both Slimming & Beauty sections.
To assist in increasing awareness of Beauty services through external promotions and events with marketing dept
To improve service delivery and effectiveness of treatment for customer satisfaction and subsequent rebooking of existing clients.
