We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager – Solar Project Sales to drive project sales and business development across Western India.

Key Responsibilities
Generate Solar Project Sales for C&I; Open Access Turnkey Projects, Rooftop EPC and Industrial BTM Projects.
Develop recent customers and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to techno-commercial closure and order booking.
Build strong relationships with industrial & commercial customers, CXOs, promoters, consultants and channel partners.
Identify and develop opportunities for Solar + BESS / BESS solutions.
Drive regional sales targets, project pipeline and business growth.

Desired Profile
10–15 years of experience in Solar Project Sales / C&I; Business Development.
Proven experience in Open Access, Rooftop EPC and BTM Solar Projects.
BESS sales experience preferred.
Solid customer network across Western India, particularly Maharashtra.
Solid commercial, negotiation and project-sales skills.
