Roles and Responsibility
Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities, including site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
Develop and maintain relationships with investigators, sites, and other stakeholders to ensure successful study execution.
Manage study timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Maintain accurate records and reports of study progress and outcomes.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biology,



pharmacy).
Proven experience in clinical trial coordination or a related field.
Solid knowledge of Valuable Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and other relevant software.
