The Operations Specialist will support Global Operations Services by managing data processes, reporting, commercial applications, and operational activities supporting Commercial and Marketing teams across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage data validation, reporting, extraction, and stewardship.
Support Field Force incentive calculations and reporting.
Administer CRM/commercial applications and user access.
Handle UAT, system configuration, and day-to-day application support.
Resolve operational issues and ensure SLA-based delivery.
Identify process improvements and support global stakeholders.

Skills Required
1+ year experience in operations/shared services preferred.
Japanese/Mandarin Speaking Skills
Solid Excel, data management, and analytical skills.
Experience with CRM/commercial systems; Salesforce/Veeva preferred.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Customer-service mindset and ability to work independently.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
