Job Summary The Chief Finance Officer / Finance Controller will be responsible for managing the complete finance function of the manufacturing organization. This role combines strategic financial leadership with solid financial control, compliance, and hands-on execution. The incumbent will oversee financial planning,

reporting, costing, internal controls, statutory compliance, and support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end finance, accounting, and treasury functions
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts,



and long-term financial plans
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements in Ethiopia
Establish and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and SOPs
Manage internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of observations
Oversee manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management
Support capex planning, cost optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives
Act as a key financial advisor to the CEO / management team
Implement and improve ERP / financial systems and processes
Lead, guide, and develop the finance and accounts team
