We are looking for a Business Development Executive to provide hassle-free experience to our patients. She / He will work closely with the Customer Success Manager and other team members as the first point of contact for prospective as well as existing customers/Patients.

Primary Responsibilities would include
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media channels
Provide customers with accurate information about SAAOL s products and services
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, & networking.
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to higher-level support as needed.
Conduct market research to identify market needs, preferences, and emerging trends.




Resolve Patients/customers concerns and answer customers questions in a professional & positive manner
Attend customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company s CRM system
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

We are looking for someone who has
Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.

Valuable command over MS Word , MS Excel and Office Working Tools.
Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.
Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
Should be an extrovert and enjoy connecting with people.
High level of empathy while dealing with customers.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
