Roles and Responsibilities
Customer meeting/Customer audit/ customer complaint action plan submission.
WH QA related activity ( Control plan/ Inspection standards document preparation/ review ).
Internal Process audit check sheet preparation/ audit as per check sheet
Pre Audit as per customer check sheet
Horizontal deployment of actions ( Japan/ YIPL plants )in other plants
Quality performance data monitoring & review with plant QA
Improvement plan preparation/ follow up/ compliance
Full time involvement from initial stage to till SOP.1. Customer meeting/Customer audit/ customer complaint action plan submission
